Colliders

Force Fields

Both simulations have scalable quality options, which allows you to use the same simulation tech with quality scaling from iPhone 6s to high end GPUs.

What is the licensing model for Zibra Liquid and Zibra Smoke & Fire?

Zibra Liquid and Zibra Smoke & Fire are extension assets, meaning that each developer will need a separate license. Each license allows you to use the asset on no more than 2 devices. Build machines doesn’t require additional licenses.

How do you apply AI and ML to the simulation process?

Zibra Liquid and Zibra Smoke & Fire use a neural network to represent the object’s SDF (Signed Distance Field). It makes it possible to create performant colliders for objects of arbitrary shape. Our AI-powered tech also provides more flexibility for game mechanics creation, allowing you to use complex meshes as a shape for liquid manipulators (force fields, emitters, voids, etc).

Can I use both Liquid and S&F in the scene simultaneously?

Sure, you can use both simulations, multiple instances of the same simulation, etc. in the same scene, just keep in mind that different simulation instances don't interact with each other.

What’s the difference between different Zibra simulation products?

Zibra Effects - The most advanced simulation plugin, featuring Liquid, Smoke & Fire simulations, and VR support.

Zibra Liquid - A simulation plugin with Liquid simulation. Does not include VR support.

Zibra Smoke & Fire - A simulation plugin with Smoke & Fire simulation. Does not include VR support.

Zibra Liquids (with an 's' at the end) - A legacy liquid simulation plugin, now superseded by Zibra Liquid. Users of this product receive a Zibra Liquid license for free.

Zibra Liquids Free - A legacy liquid simulation plugin, now superseded by the Free Trial in Zibra Effects.

Zibra Liquids Pro - A legacy liquid simulation plugin that upgrades to Zibra Effects upon update.
