Refund Policy
Effective date: August 14, 2025
This Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) establishes the terms under which you may cancel your subscription to the Services provided by Zibra AI and get a refund. This Refund Policy applies to all eligible Users of the Services.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Refund Policy have the meanings given under the Terms of Services.
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Software after purchasing any Subscription Plan, you expressly acknowledge that the Subscription Fee is final and non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable law.
Note for residents of certain US states: If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase of the Subscription Plan at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.
Note for residents of EEA or Switzerland. If you are a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, by sending a request to support@zibra.ai with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address used for purchase;
- Date of purchase;
- The reason for the refund request;
- Any relevant details that can help us process your request efficiently.
To meet the refund deadline, you need to send your communication to us saying you wish to withdraw from the contract before the refund period has expired.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, we will process it within sixty (60) days, and it will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Special Promotions and Discounts
Fees paid for Subscription Plans purchased as part of special promotions, discounts, sales, or hot offers are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotional terms or required by applicable law.
